Scalpel App (concept) was conceptualized as an integrated, patient management portal for small to medium sized clinics. I was paired with two UXR designers who would spend many months with clinic administrators, physicians, nurses – and of course – patients developing the conceptual backbone for primary features and common workflows. My primary role was to lead interactive and visual design for all interfaces, as well as customer facing digital marketing imprints, such as the website. As well, I co-lead user experience design strategy on behalf of the agency. The conceptual effort had a rapid pace (not untypical for early stage proof of concepts) – lasting four weeks.
